About this item
- Beech Wood with Rolling Pin Stand: Natural beech wood with a food-safe oil finish gives this rolling pin a smooth, non-stick barrel. The included 5.9 by 3.7 inch rolling pin stand holds the pin between uses and props your phone in the wooden phone stand slot for hands-free recipes. A solid wood rolling pin built for the home baker.
- 8 Rolling Pin Thickness Rings: 8 color-coded plastic rings, two per size: 1/16 inch for thin pasta and ravioli, 1/8 inch for pasta sheets, 1/4 inch for cookies, 3/8 inch for thick pizza. Unscrew the end caps to swap a pair in about 10 seconds. The rolling pin thickness rings keep dough consistent. Pick 14 inch or 17 inch.
- Precision Rolling Pin, Tick Marks: The straight barrel gives even pressure across the dough, free of side handles. Reference tick marks on the beech wood barrel let you check size at a glance. Lightly flour the polished surface for a non-stick rolling pin. Hand wash, dry immediately, oil periodically. No dishwashers.
- Pizza, Pasta, Cookies, Fondant, Clay: This small rolling pin and mini rolling pin both handle pizza dough, pasta sheets, cookies, fondant, pie crusts, polymer clay, and a fondant roller for sugar work. Match the ring to the dough: 3/8 inch for pizza, 1/4 for cookies, 1/8 for pasta, 1/16 for ravioli. A rolling pin for baking, a baking gift for home bakers and gifts for bakers.
- Built to Last: takes the guesswork out of pie crusts and dumplings. "Well made, does not splinter. Easy to use and great value." "Rolls easy, can adjust clay thickness." "Right size for little hands and Playdoh." The thickness rings and end caps are plastic, not stainless steel. Hand wash, dry immediately, oil periodically. Plan dough thickness before rolling.
