About this item

• 【Uses the latest generation proprietary OS "MTouch 4.0"】 The M5 Ultra uses the Ingenic X2000 platform equipped with the latest generation OS "MTouch 4.0", providing a wide range of playback modes such as USB DAC, DLNA, Airplay, Bluetooth receiver, etc., and Bluetooth has been updated to Ver5.2 with a new wireless module.
• 【X2000 multi-core processor】The triple-core processor "X2000" and the latest generation proprietary OS "MTouch 4.0" combine a low-power system with a pure audio system to support comfortable usability and a pure sound experience.
• 【Uses AK4191EQ + AK4499EX】The M5 Ultra uses AKM's digital-analog completely separate DAC solution "AK4191EQ + AK4499EX". SHANLING's 36-year history of circuit design technology, optimized for a configuration with extensive development experience, and pure sound tuning inherited from the flagship, have been used to achieve a smooth, moist and deep sound.
• 【Self-developed op-amp architecture】The M5Ultra uses an optimized self-developed amplifier circuit developed using the high technology inherited from the H7. The adoption of this self-developed amplifier circuit achieves a silky smooth sound and high output value suitable for a pure sound player.
• 【3rd generation FPGA + KDS crystal oscillator】The optimized clock sampling algorithm uses an upgraded KDS femtosecond low phase noise crystal oscillator (90.3168MHz, 98.304MHz), which can efficiently reduce jitter and achieve more accurate clock signal control. Supported sampling is 768kHz/32bit, and supports DSD512 hardware decoding.
• 【3.5mm + 4.4mm high output dual connection】The M5 Ultra has a standard 3.5mm and 4.4mm output system, three-stage gain control and six types of digital filter functions. The maximum output is 1100mW@32Ω and has excellent driving performance, supporting a wide range of music experiences for users. * A separate cable compatible with OTG is required to connect to a portable device.
• 【APP remote control】By pairing with the SyncLink function from the dedicated APP: Eddict Player, you can browse and select songs in the music library, control the volume, forward/back songs, and import playlists, supporting a smart music experience with remote control from your smartphone.
• 【Transmitting and receiving compatible with Bluetooth 5.2】 The Bluetooth function has been upgraded to Ver5.2 with a new wireless module, realizing flexible codec support. A wide range of codecs ensures good connectivity, and the M5 Ultra can also be used as a high-quality Bluetooth receiver DAC/AMP.
• 【USB-DAC function】The XMOS third-generation flagship decode chip "XU316" with 16 cores is adopted, and while it is a pure sound player, it has a pure USB-DAC mode and can be operated as a USB-DAC from desktop to portable.
• 【Supports DLNA and AirPlay】Supports DLNA and AirPlay network streaming functions, enabling users to play streaming media in a wide range of situations. It also supports some streaming services such as TIDAL. *Supported services as of May 2024: TIDAL only
