• Continued Product Service: VOLISUN provides 18-month technical consultation for low voltage lights systems, addressing operational inquiries and installation configurations. For performance defects or system troubleshooting, reach out to our lighting consultants via email at any time
• Transformer Selection: When selecting a 12V transformer, make sure its output wattage is at least 120% higher than the total wattage required by all connected devices, which means 2.2 times the total load wattage. For instance, if you're connecting eight 2.8-watt LED lights, you need a transformer with an output wattage of at least 49.3 watts (8 x 2.8 x 2.2 = 49.3 watts). Therefore, choose a transformer with an output wattage greater than 49.3 watts. If you have any questions about selecting the right transformer, please contact Volisun Customer Service for assistance
