MECCANIXITY Pack of 64 Plastic Gear Set Single Double Reduction Gear for DC

About this item

• Plastic Spindle Gear Set is a lightweight, durable transmission unit for precise power transfer in small systems. It links DC motors to driven components in RC cars, robotics, and DIY builds, ensuring reliable motion control with compact shaft alignment.
• The plastic gears set, provides here,is in size of:Modulus: 0.5, Material: Plastic, Outer diameter: from 5mm/0.19 inch to 29mm/1.14 inch, Most gear is 2mm aperture.Package content: 64±2pcs Plastics Spindle Gears
• It is engineered from durable polymer for lightweight operation, reducing rotational inertia in compact mechanisms. Oil-resistant plastic prevents rust with low-maintenance design, suited for RC cars and robotics.
• 1.Attach plastic gears to motor and driven shafts using mounting screws.2.Align teeth precisely for smooth engagement in your assembly.3.Secure connections by tightening screws evenly to maintain gear positioning.
• Plastic gears require precise alignment during installation to avoid binding or premature wear. Ensure shafts are co-axial and loads stay within material limits. Avoid exposing gears to excessive heat or chemicals, and regularly check for debris in teeth to ensure optimal performance.
