Product Description
Whether you're brewing a single mug or a full pot, the OXO Brew 8-Cup Coffee Maker with Podless Single-Serve Function and Glass Carafe ensures a better-tasting cup—every time. Our BetterBrew™ precision brewing technology controls water temperature, water volume and brewing time, ensuring that water hits the grounds at the SCA-preferred temperature, 194 F to 205 F. The Rainmaker™ showerhead distributes water evenly over coffee grounds, while the integrated bloom cycle allows for optimal flavor extraction. This sleek coffee maker has a space-efficient design that fits under cabinets when not in use. Want to brew just a mug or half a carafe? The single-serve accessory was designed for brewing 2–4 cups into the carafe or directly into a mug. Its compact size and shape changes the way the brewing water and grounds interact during the extraction, meaning the single-serve accessory will draw out different nuanced characteristics of your favorite coffee. There is a mug riser that you can put on the base of the coffee maker to minimize drips as you pour into a mug, or remove it to make space for tall travel mugs. Keep your coffee hot with the smart-timed warming plate – it will come on for two hours when brewing a half carafe, and four hours when brewing a full carafe. Convenient Cleaning Mode: Avoid scale about buildup - easily run the convenient cleaning mode to keep the machine in tip-top shape. The clean button light will turn on after every 90 cycles as a helpful reminder to descale. The Rainmaker showerhead, brew basket, single serve accessory, coffee scoop and mug riser are all top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand wash the glass carafe and lid
