About this item

Rubber Coated: Designed to provide you with great workout sessions without scratching your floors, these Change Plates are expertly crafted using a durable steel core with a rubber coating to provide long-term durability and reliable use.
Gradual Weight Increase: Letting you slowly increase your weight bearing load by allowing small incremental jumps and progressive overload training, these lightweight plates are specifically designed to fit any Olympic bar.
Build Up Muscle: While most gyms offer 2.5 lb plates for incremental jumps in weight during training, these change plates allow you to increase lifts by as little as half a pound to build up muscle and strength faster without an increased risk of injury.
Versatile Use: The LoGest Change Olympic Fractional Plates Set is a great choice for any serious athlete. In addition to using them for weightlifting and powerlifting, they can also be used for gymnastics and warm-up exercises.
