Product Information

About this item

• 2-in-1 2.4G WiFi Integration: This 2-in-1 smart feeder and water dispenser meets both feeding and watering needs simultaneously. Its intelligent automated design simplifies feeding and watering schedules. Compatible with most regular 3-12mm pellets, freeze-dried, expanded, or dehydrated dry food, a single refill of pet food can last for multiple days. Note: Only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
• APP Remote Control for Precise Feeding: Via the dedicated APP, you can set 1-10 meals per day with 1-20 portions per meal (12g per portion). Manual feeding is also available to prevent overeating. A red light flashes to alert you of food jams, and push notifications will be sent when food or water runs low—putting all controls right at your fingertips. A pet-proof safety lock is included to stop pets from opening the lid unauthorizedly.
• Dual Power Supply & Large Capacity: Equipped with a dual power system (Type-C port + 3 D-size batteries, batteries not included), the battery backup prevents feeding interruptions during power outages with a battery life of over 14 hours. The 6L (203 oz) food hopper and 2.5L (85 oz) water tank can satisfy the dietary needs of 2 cats for 8 days, making it ideal for scenarios like going out or working overtime.
• Exclusive Voice Recording & Anti-Tip Design: Supports 10-second voice recording for mealtime calls, which plays during feeding to boost pets’ sense of security. A hidden power cord slot prevents pets from chewing or pulling the cord and causing damage. The thoughtfully designed anti-tip buckle structure effectively stops pets from knocking the device over, eliminating hassles caused by such issues.
• Flexible Placement & Safe, Easy Cleaning: The device can be used separately to fit different spaces. All parts except the feeder base are water-washable (the base contains electronic components and can only be wiped clean). The feeder comes with a stainless steel bowl (hypoallergenic and odor-free), a desiccant to keep dry food from getting moldy, and a filter cotton pad (recommended replacement every 30 days)—all to ensure your pet’s dietary health. Suitable for cats and small-to-medium-sized dogs.
• Please Note: There is an arrow under the feeder lid, and there is also an arrow on the water dispenser. When installing the water dispenser, please press it firmly into position until the two arrows align. Only then will the installation be correct. Otherwise, the water dispenser will not function properly.
