ICSTATION Soldering Learning Kit, Touch Control Owl Light Soldering Practice Kit Light Chasing Sunflower Soldering Project DIY Electronic Kit for Teenagers School Students Education

About this item

• 3 Lighting Modes: The owl's eyes and contours are adorned with LED lights, offering 3 distinct operational modes: eye illumination, outline illumination, and full glow. Moreover, the brightness is adjustable, enabling users to freely switch the light modes and brightness levels to suit their desires
• Touch Control: ICSTATION has ingeniously crafted the owl's beak into a touch-sensitive zone. A brief tap switches the light on and off or cycles through the light effects, while a sustained press allows you to adjust the brightness. The touch sensitivity is remarkably acute, and regardless of whether you're on the owl's front or back, the moment your finger touches its beak, it responds
• Working Principle: The DIY sunflower project features 2 light sensors positioned on either side of the flower. These sensors detect the intensity of incoming light and send signals to a microcontroller, which then activates a motor to rotate the flower in the direction of the stronger light source. This dynamic response allows the flower to mimic the natural behavior of real sunflowers
• Bidirectional Rotation: Unlike traditional motors that can only rotate in a single direction—either left or right, ICSTATION has equipped the sunflower soldering project with a bidirectional motor capable of rotating freely in both directions. This adds a significant level of flexibility and realism to the design, especially for applications like the Sun-Chasing Sunflower, where precise tracking of a light source requires smooth back-and-forth motion
• STEM Education: This project is not only a fun and educational hands-on experience in electronics and soldering, but also a great way to learn about sensor integration, motor control, and basic principles of analog signal processing. Whether you're a student, a hobbyist, or a STEM educator, the Light-Chasing Sunflower is a perfect blend of creativity, technology, and nature
