Product Information

About this item

• 【Important Note Before First Use】Before shipping, each 58mm button paper cutter is coated with a thin layer of lubricant to protect the blades from rust during transport. During the first few cuts, you may notice slight oil marks on the paper—this is normal and does not affect performance. We recommend using a few sheets of scrap paper at the beginning to remove excess oil. This ensures your badge cutting tool stays sharp and works smoothly.
• 【Precise Cutting Size】The actual cutting size of this circle cutter is 70mm/2.76 inch, perfectly matching 58mm/2.28 inch button maker machines. Please confirm the size before purchase to ensure compatibility. The precise diameter ensures the paper fits seamlessly with the badge shell, making your buttons, fridge magnets, or keychains look more professional and secure. This circle punch machine is specially designed for button making supplies.
• 【Stable & Portable Design】Weighing about 7.7 lbs, this graphic punch die cutter is both sturdy and portable. The non-slip base ensures stability during cutting, preventing accidental movement. The internal positioning post helps control the pressing force, avoiding overuse and extending the lifespan of the badge cutter tool. Whether in studios, classrooms, or for home DIY projects, this metal paper circle cutter offers consistent and reliable performance.
• 【Efficient Long Handle Design】The long ergonomic handle uses the lever principle to minimize effort during operation. Even with frequent use, you can cut effortlessly without hand fatigue. With just one press, your paper is neatly trimmed into a perfect circle, making the crafting process smoother and more efficient. Ideal for DIY craft lovers, small business owners, and school craft classes that require batch production.
• 【Sharp Blades & Wide Application】The badge cutter comes with a sharp, durable steel blade, this button paper cutter delivers fast, clean cuts on common paper types, including A4 sheets, photo paper, letter paper, and lightweight cardstock (up to around 200gsm). Each cut is smooth and precise, with no jamming or rough edges. Perfect for DIY projects such as 58mm buttons, fridge magnets, keychains, small mirrors, and paper crafts. Please note: not suitable for PVC, laminated, or glued paper, as these materials may dull the blade and shorten its lifespan.
