Product Information

About this item

• 【2-Pack Value Set】 This set of two tracking tags includes black and white tags for everyday item tracking. Designed to work with the Find My app and Find My network for iOS devices only, these tracker tags are suitable for keeping track of keys, luggage, wallets, backpacks, bags, and other daily essentials. They are not for Android devices. Whether used as luggage trackers for iPhone users or for managing everyday items, they provide a simple tracking option for daily use.
• 【Find My Item Sharing】 Each tracker tag can be shared in the Find My app with up to five additional people, for a total of six users including the owner. To use the tracker, users need an Apple ID, must be signed in to iCloud, and need a compatible iPhone or iPad with iOS 14.5 / iPadOS 14.5 or later. This helps family members or trusted users keep track of shared items such as luggage, keys, wallets, or bags.
• 【Slim Key Finder Tag: Replaceable Battery & No Monthly Fee】 This slim key finder tag measures about 31 × 31 × 9.7 mm, making it easy to attach to keys, luggage, wallets, backpacks, bags, and other daily essentials. It uses a user-replaceable CR2032 battery with an estimated battery life of about 6 to 10 months depending on usage. No monthly subscription or extra app is required; setup is completed through the Find My app.
• 【iOS Item Reminder & 70 dB Sound Alert】 Compatible with iPhone and iPad using iOS 14.5 / iPadOS 14.5 or later, this tracker tag features a compact circular design for everyday use. When the tracker is nearby, you can use the Find My app to play a sound and help locate your item. The built-in speaker reaches up to 70 dB in an open environment. Sound performance and alerts may vary depending on distance, device settings, and surrounding conditions.
• 【Tracker Tag Alerts & Customer Support】 When a tracked item is left behind or out of range, the Find My app may provide item notifications depending on your device settings and network conditions. This tracker tag is suitable for daily items such as car keys, luggage, wallets, backpacks, and bags. If you have questions about setup, connection, battery replacement, holder installation, or daily use, our customer support team is available to help.
• 【How to Open the Tracker Tag Lid and Replace the Battery】 Use a standard U.S. coin, such as a 10-cent, 25-cent, or 50-cent coin, or a similar flat tool, and align it with the designated slot. Twist it 45° clockwise following the “Open” marking to gently release the cover. Please note: the coin or tool is not included. To secure the cover back in place, align it with the “Close” marking and twist 45° counter-clockwise until the lid is firmly closed.
• 【Important Holder Installation Notes】 To help keep the tracker tag securely in the rubber holder, insert the tracker with the text side facing outward. The striped side should face the inner wall of the rubber holder. If the striped side faces outward, the tracker may not sit firmly in place and could become loose during use. Please check the direction before attaching it to keys, luggage, bags, or other items.
• 【Connection & Setup Tips】 To help with pairing in the Find My app, do not remove the battery insulation tab until you are ready to set up the tracker. After removing the tab, pair the device within 10 minutes. If pairing is not completed within this time, twist the cover open following the “Open” direction, remove the battery, wait about 5–8 seconds, then reinstall the battery and twist the cover closed following the “Close” direction until it is secured. After you hear the beep, turn on Bluetooth, open the Find My app, and select “Add Other Item” to complete the connection.
• 【Important Water Protection Notice】The tracker itself has no waterproof protection. Without the included silicone case properly installed, it is not protected against rain, splashes, or moisture. Always keep the tracker fully enclosed in the silicone case when used in wet conditions, and never submerge it in water.
