Comgrow Filament Dryer 4 Spools, SH03 Filament Storage Box

About this item

• Large-Capacity Independent Dual Chambers:The SH03 filament drying box offers ample storage for 2+2 rolls of 1KG filament (supporting simultaneous loading of up to four 1KG spools). Equipped with independent rotating modules and dedicated filament output tubes, it delivers enhanced drying efficiency for 3D printing filaments. Each chamber features separate temperature control and on/off functionality, enabling concurrent drying and dehumidification of multiple types of consumables (e.g., PLA, ABS, PETG,TPU,ASA,PA,PC).
• 200W + 200W PTC Heating Modules
• Maximum Drying Temperature: 185℉ (85℃):The SH03 filament dryer is equipped with dual 200W PTC heating modules, enabling a rapid temperature rise of 50℃. With an adjustable temperature range of 45–85℃, it accommodates diverse filament types.PTC heating elements offer low thermal resistance and high heat exchange efficiency, functioning as self-regulating, energy-saving heaters. Unlike traditional electric heating tubes, they eliminate safety risks such as scalds and fire hazards under all operating conditions—ensuring reliable performance during prolonged use.
• Automatic Drying Mode for Enhanced Energy Efficiency:When the SH03 filament dryer is switched to Automatic Drying Mode, the AUTO indicator illuminates. The drying function activates automatically when the internal humidity exceeds the preset threshold. Once the humidity drops below the threshold, the dryer continues operating, and a 30-minute countdown initiates. Upon completion of the countdown, the drying process stops, and the unit enters energy-saving storage mode.
• Temperature Uniformity & Active Dehumidification:Equipped with a 360°hot air circulation fan, the SH03 filament dryer ensures consistent temperature distribution throughout the drying chamber. The heating duration is adjustable, with a maximum continuous operation time of 98 hours. Featuring independent air flow channels, the unit automatically controls the dehumidification damper’s opening and closing. During the drying process, if the internal temperature exceeds the preset value, the air intake and exhaust vents open automatically to regulate temperature. Effectively preventing overheating and potential damage to 3D printing filaments.
• 4 Comprehensive Protection & Monitoring Functions:The SH03 filament dryer is equipped with four integrated protection and monitoring mechanisms: outlet temperature monitoring, PTC overheat circuit breaker, fan operation monitoring, and main control board temperature monitoring—ensuring enhanced safety during 3D printing filament drying.
• Touchscreen & Intelligent Control for Intuitive Operation:The SH03 filament dryer is equipped with intelligent temperature control, including a dedicated 50℃ preset for PLA filaments—effectively preventing softening or deformation of the consumables. It features an integrated segment display (110x68mm, 5-inch) with screen-integrated touch keys and enhanced backlighting for clear visibility. Operation and parameter setup are streamlined: the unit starts instantly upon power-on, and users can quickly configure optimal drying parameters for various 3D printing materials.
