MiLocks Grade 1 Commercial Keyed Entry Lever, ADA UL Listed, Satin Nickel

About this item

• KEYED OUTSIDE, ALWAYS OPEN INSIDE: The exterior lever locks and unlocks by key, while the interior lever always turns to let people out — no key, no thumbturn, no delay. That free-egress behaviour is what makes this an entry function lockset rather than a storeroom or classroom lock.
• ANSI GRADE 1, ADA COMPLIANT, UL LISTED: Built to the highest ANSI commercial grade, with a lever that operates without tight grasping or twisting, and a UL listing for use on rated openings. The specification trio most commercial jobs require before a lock can be approved.
• BUILT FOR HIGH-TRAFFIC OPENINGS: The cylindrical chassis and steel retraction system are made for doors opened and closed hundreds of times a day — offices, schools, clinics, retail, warehouses, and multi-unit residential corridors.
• NON-HANDED, FITS LEFT OR RIGHT SWING: One lock covers either door swing, so you order without checking handing and installers place it without a second trip. Suits metal or wood commercial doors, interior or exterior.
• FITS 1-3/8" TO 1-3/4" DOORS, LATCH AND KEYS INCLUDED: Sized for standard commercial door prep, with the latch and keys supplied so the opening is complete on arrival. Alloy steel and stainless steel construction in a satin nickel finish.
