5PCS 60A Car AGU Fuse, Gold Plated Glass Vehicle Audio Stereo System Fuse Kit, Automotive Inline Audio Amplifier Power Protection Accessories, Universal for SUV Truck Sedan

About this item

• Premium Material: This automotive audio fuse tube employs a high-quality composite process of glass and metal, engineered to deliver exceptional conductivity, corrosion resistance and overcurrent protection. The glass casing offers heat-resistant and shatterproof properties, withstanding the elevated temperatures generated by audio systems without cracking or melting, whilst clearly displaying the internal fuse element.
• Universal Size: Measuring 1.48 × 0.4 inches, this fuse tube fits #4, #6, and #8 AGU fuse holders. The 1.48-inch length ensures secure, rattle-free fitment within AGU holders, while the 0.4-inch diameter guarantees reliable electrical contact. This dimensional compatibility makes it an ideal replacement fuse for automotive amplifiers and head unit systems.
• Easy Installation: Installing this car audio fuse tube is straightforward, requiring no specialised tools. Both professional installers and DIY enthusiasts can handle it effortlessly. First, switch off the car audio system and disconnect the power supply. Then unscrew the fuse holder's top cover. Slide the new fuse tube into the holder, ensuring the metal end cap makes full contact with the holder's terminals.
• Overcurrent Protection: The core function of this fuse tube is to safeguard the car audio system against electrical damage caused by overcurrent. When current exceeds the fuse's rated amperage, the internal metal wire instantly melts, breaking the circuit to prevent damage to amplifiers or head units. The transparent glass casing allows for instant visual inspection of the fuse's status: a melted wire indicates a blown fuse, while an intact wire signifies normal operation.
• Packaging Includes: The package includes five high-quality car audio fuse tubes. This ample quantity caters to both immediate replacements and long-term reserves. This five-pack serves as a practical accessory for those prioritising car audio system safety, providing comprehensive protection for the entire sound system.
