• Premium Material: Each cloth cover is made from a breathable, non-stick blend of linen and cotton. This natural fabric allows optimal air circulation while preventing the dough from drying out or sticking, making it ideal as both a liner inside the basket and a breathable cover over the dough.
• Elastic & Secure Fit: Featuring a snug elastic edge, the covers are fit the inner diameter 8inch , 9inch , 10inch round proofing baskets
• Dual Functionality As a Liner: Place the cloth inside your pulp proofing basket to create a non-stick surface. It helps your dough hold its perfect shape during proofing and allows for easy release without deflating the delicate structure. As a Cover: Drape the cloth over your proofing basket or bowl during fermentation. Its breathable nature traps just the right amount of warmth and humidity, accelerating fermentation and creating an ideal rising environment.
• Shape-Perfect Results: The soft, yet supportive fabric prevents dough from sticking and helps maintain the desired loaf structure throughout the fermentation process. Say goodbye to misshapen loaves and difficult dough transfers.
• Versatile & Reusable: Perfect for all your sourdough and artisan bread needs. After use, simply remove, shake off excess flour, and reuse. For cleaning, the covers are easy to hand wash or machine wash in normal water temperature.
