About this item
- THREE INGREDIENTS, NOTHING ELSE: Coconut oil, castor oil and fresh turmeric root. That is the whole bar. The turmeric is infused and cooked in the oils for weeks using the traditional thailam method rather than stirred in as powder at the end. No parabens, no palm oil and no added preservatives.
- KOJIC ACID FREE, ALL SKIN TYPES: Made without kojic acid, so it is mild enough to use on the face and the body every day, morning or evening. The lather is creamy and the bar cleanses without drying, which suits a wide range of ages and skin types, men and women alike.
- FACE, BODY AND HANDS: One bar covers all three, so it slots into the routine you already follow instead of adding to it. It rinses away cleanly and leaves no film behind, which is what makes twice a day use comfortable on the face as well as in the shower.
- HANDCRAFTED IN SMALL BATCHES: Each bar is cold processed by hand in small batches, blending herbs and oils the way Ayurvedic soap has always been made. No palm oil, no artificial additives and no preservatives go into it, which keeps the ingredient list at three lines instead of thirty.
- THREE BARS, EARTHY TURMERIC SCENT: This ships as a 3 pack of 4.5 oz bars, so one purchase covers months rather than weeks. The golden colour and the warm, earthy aroma come from the turmeric root itself, not from added fragrance. Plainly: this is a cleansing bar, not a treatment. It is not formulated to lighten skin or remove dark spots, and it contains no kojic acid by design.
