About this item

• Critical Function: This muffler pad can efficiently absorb and block sound wave vibrations, reducing the sharp noise generated by the motorcycle exhaust system. In addition, it can also reduce the conduction of exhaust heat to surrounding components and keep the engine compartment from overheating
• Reliable Quality: Made of high-quality glass fiber, this exhaust muffler mat has excellent heat resistance and can maintain structural integrity at extreme high temperatures. In addition, it is wear-resistant and is less prone to tearing or damage even after long-term use
• Ideal Dimensions: The length of our exhaust muffler mat is 13.8 inches (350 mm), the width is 9.8 inches (250 mm), and the thickness is 0.3 inches (8 mm). This size is sufficient for daily use and can be easily cut to the desired shape to avoid uneven filling or gaps
• Easy to Install: Before installation, please wear a mask and gloves. Then, lightly dampen the insulation mat to soften it and effectively reduce fiberglass dust during handling. Next, wrap it around the muffler baffle core and secure it tightly with heat-resistant cable ties
• Wide Application: This pad is widely compatible with the exhaust systems of various vehicles such as two-stroke and four-stroke motorcycles, ATVs, and dirt bikes. Moreover, it can be flexibly applied to the insulation and protection of natural gas exhaust pipes and hot water pipes
