Patch Sewing Instructions:Note: Sewing by hand provides better control than a machine when working with leather. Once sewn, patches leave small permanent holes — choose placement carefully.Mark your desired patch area with tailor’s chalk.Use a seam ripper to open a small portion of the jacket or vest lining so your hand can fit inside.Position your inside hand flat between the lining and the outlined area.Place the patch on top of the area. Optional: use light leather adhesive to hold it in place (not permanent).Thread an upholstery needle with strong nylon thread matching your patch color.
