About this item

• Designed for Spirit 400 Series (2025 & Newer): Specifically engineered for Weber Spirit 400 Series 4-burner gas grills made in 2025 and newer, including E-425, S-425, E-435, EP-425, and EP-435. Model-specific sizing helps ensure a secure, stable fit and reduces the risk of movement during grilling. Please confirm your grill model and year before ordering.
• Heavy-Duty Cast Iron with Matte Porcelain Enamel: Made from solid cast iron and finished with a matte porcelain-enamel coating, these cooking grates are designed to retain heat efficiently while helping protect the surface from moisture exposure. The enamel finish supports smoother food release compared with bare cast iron.
• 11.6mm Solid Cast Iron Rods for Strong Heat Retention: Each grate features thick 11.6mm cast iron rods, providing substantial thermal mass for consistent heat transfer. Ideal for achieving deep, even sear marks on steaks, burgers, and other high-heat grilling foods.
• 2-Piece Mixed-Size Set for Full Firebox Coverage: Includes one large grate (17.5” × 16.5”) and one small grate (17.5” × 7.3”), designed to match the split firebox layout of Spirit 400 Series grills. The mixed-size configuration allows both grates to sit smoothly on the ledges for balanced support and full cooking surface coverage.
• Simplified Cleaning & Practical Everyday Use: The porcelain-enameled surface cleans easily with a grill brush after preheating, helping reduce maintenance compared with uncoated cast iron. Smooth edges and solid construction improve handling safety during installation and routine cleaning.
