About this item

• 33° Stair Angle Fit — Wide Stairway Compatibility: 33° Pre-Drilled stair cable railing post is designed for stair angles from 28° to 38°, making it suitable for most residential staircases. Ideal for deck stairs, patios, balconies, hotels, garages, entrances, lofts, indoor and outdoor stair railing systems, this adjustable stair post works as both an end post and a middle post for clean, continuous cable lines
• Code-Compliant Cable Spacing: This stair cable railing post features 10 pre-drilled holes with 3.15" spacing, conforming to 4" sphere test requirements for residential safety. The 0.4" holes are compatible with 1/10" and 1/8" cable railing hardware. Recommended post spacing is 4 ft to ensure proper safety and cable tension (max cable run of 20 ft). For railing runs over 20 ft (e.g., 40 ft = 20 ft + 20 ft), installing Invisible Terminals (Search ASIN: B0FCYG4FRY) allows sections to be connected
• Solid Structure for Residential Project: Standing 35" tall, this black wire railing post reaches 36" with a handrail(not included), meeting residential railing height requirements. Built with a 2" x 2" square profile, this stair cable railing post features an adjustable top bracket with 4 mounting holes for enhanced handrail stability, along with 3" long mounting screws for secure anchoring on wood floors only (Extra M8 sleeve expansion anchors must be purchased if used on concrete floors)
• For Indoor & Outdoor Use: Constructed from 1 mm thick T304 stainless steel, this angle post offers superior strength and impact resistance to prevent bending or deformation over time. The upgraded matte black powder coating resists corrosion, fading, and scratches, while included rubber grommets provide long-lasting waterproof sealing. Sleek and modern, it stays elegant for years, except within 10 miles of the coast (Need posts for coastal areas, search for "Zylorix SS316 cable railing post")
• Build a Complete Cable Railing System: Zylorix offers a one-stop solution including modular post kits (start your railing run, search ASIN: B0FCYF54BH), multi-pack single posts (2-, 4-, 6-, 8-, or 10-pack for flexible expansion), black handrails in various lengths, wire ropes, terminals, and angle washers.
