Trigger Point Massager for Shoulder Blades, Psoas & Hip Flexors

About this item

• 【Firm Trigger Point Pressure, Not a Soft Massager】 Designed for users who prefer firm, targeted pressure, this manual trigger point massager uses your own body weight to reach tight muscle areas. It is not a soft pillow-style massager. Start slowly and control the pressure by adjusting your body position, especially during first use.
• 【Targets Shoulder Blade Knots & Trapezius Tension】 The raised pressure nodes help target hard-to-reach areas around the shoulder blades, upper back and trapezius muscles. Ideal for users looking for focused pressure between the shoulder blades after long desk work, training, driving or daily muscle tightness.
• 【Psoas, Hip Flexor & Glute Release Tool】 Use it as a psoas release tool, hip flexor release tool or glute massager by adjusting the angle and placement. The curved ring design helps you apply steady pressure to specific muscle areas without needing another person to assist.
• 【Lightweight, Durable & Easy to Clean】 Made from sturdy polypropylene, this massage tool is lightweight, portable and easy to wipe clean after use. The smooth surface is designed for daily home use, gym recovery or office stretching breaks, while the firm structure helps maintain consistent pressure.
• 【Beginner Use Tips & Comfort Notes】 For best results, begin on a bed, carpet or yoga mat and use a thin towel if the pressure feels too intense. Start with 30–60 seconds per area, then gradually increase as your body adapts. Stop use if you feel sharp pain, numbness or unusual discomfort.
