About this item

• Fiber Optic Thermal Stripper With Even Heating & LCD - Designed for telecom technicians and fiber installers, this rechargeable fiber optic thermal stripper delivers consistent, even heat across the full blade — eliminating the hot/cold spots that melt fibers or leave coating residue. Adjustable 50–180°C in 10°C increments with 4 presets (125/135/145/160°C) and temperature memory that recalls your last setting on startup. Real-time LCD shows plate temperature, countdown timer, and status icons so you’re always in control.
• Stripes 250µm, 900µm & ribbon fibers — Up to 48 cores at once - One fiber stripper tool handles your entire workflow: 250µm coating, 900µm tight buffer, and ribbon fibers with the same device. 20mm wide blade strips 1–15 cores bunched, 1–48 cores bare, 2–24 cores ribbon, and 1–12 cores invisible fibers simultaneously — cutting splicing prep time by up to 70% on high-volume jobs. Recommended temperature settings guide included for each fiber type.
• Rechargeable 3500mAh Battery — 150+ Stripes Per Charge, Type-C Fast Charging - Built for all-day field work: the 3500mAh lithium battery delivers 150+ strip cycles on a single charge — enough for a full shift without reaching for a power outlet. Type-C charging port charges fast and works with any modern charger. Real-time battery indicator on the LCD screen prevents unexpected shutdowns mid-job. No power cord to manage, no outlet dependency — true cordless fiber optic stripping freedom for field technicians and data center teams.
• Professional Safety Design — Auto Shutoff, Overheat Protection & Cool-Touch Body - Safety-first engineering for high-stakes fiber work: 6-minute auto-shutoff activates when idle, audible beep + flashing light signal heating completion, and "CAUTION HOT" warning displays when the blade exceeds safe handling temperature. The cover must be fully closed before heating begins — preventing accidental blade exposure. Aluminum alloy body dissipates heat rapidly so the outer shell stays cool in hand. Cleaning brush and maintenance wrenches included to keep blades performing like new.
• Complete Fiber Optic Tool Kit — Ready For Telecom, Data Center & Field Installation - Everything a fiber technician needs, right out of the box: Thermal Stripper + Type-C cable + cleaning brush + user manual (EN) + protective storage box. All-metal industrial construction withstands daily job site drops and temperature extremes. Ideal for: telecommunications & ISP installation, data center fiber management, fiber optic splicing & termination, CCTV & security system installation, broadcast AV cabling. Whether you’re stripping a single fiber in the lab or prepping ribbon bundles in the field, the QIIRUN TM99 delivers professional results every time.
