About this item

• 3 Pcs Sourdough Fermentation Jar Lids: This product includes 3 reusable sourdough jar cover and 1 wooden scraper. Multiple sourdough covers allow for easy rotation during your daily baking and cleaning, while the scraper serves as a tool for stirring the sourdough starter. This means having a practical toolkit to make your home baking process more organized, efficient, and convenient
• Good Breathability: The primary function is as a breathable fermentation lid for a sourdough fermentation jar. The cotton fabric facilitates ample gas exchange during fermentation, while the wooden scraper makes stirring and scraping the starter inside the jar easy. It helps achieve stable results in your homemade bread baking
• Cotton Material: The cloth bowl covers are made of cotton fabric, and the scraper is made of wood. The breathable cotton fabric allows for airflow necessary for fermentation while protecting the sourdough starter from dust and debris. This material choice helps create a healthy fermentation environment and ensures the tools won't scratch your fermentation jar. You get a durable and fully functional toolkit that conforms to traditional baking practices and helps in effectively cultivating sourdough
• Close Fit: The fabric edges of each lid are sewn with elastic, allowing it to stretch and securely fit mason jar covers or bowls with a diameter of 3-4 inches/7.62-10.16cm. This design ensures a close fit without the need for additional ties or adjustments. Simplify fermentation preparation and keep your kitchen neat and organized
• Reusable: The sourdough covers for proofing are reusable, hand-washable or machine-washable, then lay flat to air dry. The wooden scraper should be hand-washed and air-dried after use. This easy-care design ensures long-term reuse and hygiene. For you, this provides a sustainable alternative to disposable lids, reducing waste and helping to maintain a clean baking environment, thus supporting the long-term health of your sourdough bowl covers
