About this item

• CHEF APPROVED, AWARD-WINNING DESIGN - 2023 Hearth Patio & Barbecue Association Exposition Attendees’ Choice for Best Outdoor Lifestyle Product. Chef tested by pizza pros for proven performance that meets or exceeds performance of full-size pizza ovens - no compromises! Perfect for backyards and tailgates, chefs who want to take their pizza to the next level with the ultimate pizza cooking experience.
• GAME-CHANGING 360° ROTATING 16” STONE - Auto-rotation eliminates manual pizza turning. The 2 RPM rotation ensures even cooking and allows you to launch a pizza with the stone still rotating. The rotation system operates on either A/C power or a rechargeable battery (batteries not included).
• DUAL FUEL FLEXIBILITY - Choose wood for authentic flavor or propane for precise, ready-to-fire convenience in 20 minutes. Both systems maintain 850-900°F and deliver restaurant-quality, Neapolitan pizza in just 90 seconds. Our class-leading wood burner accommodates 10-inch-long wood splits. There are no compromises; you get ultimate control, performance, and quality in a portable oven.
• PATENTED REVERSE FLOW DRAFT - Pulls heat over the pizza and reuses it via a secondary chamber above the pizza to provide high thermal efficiency without bulky insulation.
• PREMIUM 304 STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION - Commercial-grade durability designed for outdoor, year-round use. Lightweight portable design with folding legs and carrying handle for easy transportation. Bring SCORPIO to tailgates, campouts, or a friend’s backyard. Includes oven body, two chimney components, propane burner and wood burner, pizza stone, DC/USB Cord and AC Adapter, SCORPIO Pizza Peel and custom fire tool. Custom cover available for purchase separately.
