Product Description
The Acer Chromebook Plus 516 CB516-1H-31UE is a Chromebook Plus certified laptop built around a 13th Gen Intel Core i3-1315U processor, delivering enhanced multitasking and access to Google AI features like Magic Editor and generative wallpapers on top of standard ChromeOS performance. The chassis is finished in Iron gray and measures 14.1 by 10 by 0.76 inches at roughly 3.75 pounds, giving it a spacious footprint suited to media consumption and multitasking across several browser windows. At the center of the design sits a 16 inch WUXGA display at 1920 by 1200 resolution with IPS technology and a matte ComfyView finish, offering wide viewing angles and reduced glare during extended use in bright rooms. Wireless connectivity comes from 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 paired with Bluetooth 5.3, while four total USB ports, including two USB Type C connections with display and charging support, along with an HDMI output, provide flexible options for external monitors and accessories. With 8 gigabytes of LPDDR5 memory and 128 gigabytes of UFS flash storage, the system handles everyday browsing, streaming, and cloud based productivity work with reasonable responsiveness. A 1080p webcam with a physical camera shutter and a discrete TPM security module support privacy and basic data protection, while a Kensington Nano lock slot adds physical security in shared spaces. A built in battery is rated by the manufacturer for up to 10 hours of use, supporting extended sessions away from a power outlet throughout the day.
