About this item

• Finally Comfortable – Solves the #1 Complaint of Pressure Pads: Caregivers often struggle with alternating pads because loved ones find them uncomfortable. The included PressuRelief Comfort Layer adds softness and a more familiar feel, making it easier to sleep and rest comfortably—day after day.
• Doctor & Therapist Approved – Prevent & Heal Bedsores: Lunderg's most advanced air pressure mattress uses gentle wave-like alternating therapy to relieve pressure on skin & bony areas, boost circulation, and reduce turning. Developed by medical experts for faster healing.
• Upgraded Quiet Pump with Static Mode & Quick Connector: Whisper-quiet at just 23 dBA, with precise Soft-to-Firm pressure control. Need a break from alternation? Switch to Static Mode, where all cells remain fully inflated to provide a stable & comfy surface for better rest.
• Flagship System for Hospital Bed or Home Mattress: Lunderg's medical air mattress for hospital bed supports up to 300 lbs, making it ideal for long-term care. Designed for bed sore prevention, it's perfect for bedridden patients at home, in hospitals, or nursing homes.
• Easy to Set Up: Unroll the alternating pressure pad and lay it flat on the bed with the air connection points at the foot or head, tucking in excess material after inflation. Connect the air hoses to the valves on the pad and pump using the quick connector, then plug the pump into an outlet. Turn the pump on and set the pressure to "Firm" to fully inflate the pad, which takes about 20 minutes (3 cycles). Once inflated, snap the comfort layer and adjust the pressure using the knob, starting at "Firm," and modify it for user comfort.
