Anthony's Organic Whole Grain Oat Flour, 4 lb, Gluten Free, Non GMO, Non Irradiated, Finely Ground, Vegan (Pack of 2)

Product Description

Anthony’s Organic Whole Grain Oat Flour is made by simply grinding oats into a fine powder. That’s it! Simple. With its light, neutral flavor, our Whole Grain Oat Flour adds an extra-soft, delicate texture to your baked goods. Keep in mind when substituting that Oat Flour lacks the gluten found in wheat flour, which helps with binding, texture and rise of baked goods. Whole Grain Oat Flour makes a great baking flour for your favorite gluten free and vegan recipes. It can be used to make pancakes, cookies, muffins, brownies, cupcakes and so much more! Anthony’s Whole Grain Oat Flour is Organic, Gluten Free, Non-GMO & Non-Irradiated with no other additives.
