About this item

• SUPERIOR WATERPROOF COATING: Create a seamless, professional-grade waterproof barrier on flat roofs, metal roofs, foundations, and gutters. Unlike rigid tar or patch products that crack, our advanced water-based formula delivers over 950% elongation to bridge building movement and temperature shifts. It provides durable protection against leaks, UV damage, and ponding water without damaging foam insulation or emitting harmful VOCs.
• PROFESSIONAL-GRADE COVERAGE & APPLICATION: Engineered for maximum efficiency whether you brush, roll, or spray. For flat/low-slope roofs, one gallon covers 15 sq. ft. (achieving a 60-80 mil membrane with 3-4 coats). For vertical foundations, one gallon covers 30 sq. ft. (achieving a 30 mil membrane with 2-3 coats). Excellent self-leveling properties ensure effortless penetration into gaps and cracks for a smooth, uniform seal.
• EXTREME WEATHER RESISTANCE: Our elastic rubber coating remains stable through harsh conditions, resisting cracking, peeling, and aging from -40°F to 176°F (-40°C to 80°C) . It provides long-lasting waterproofing protection for roofs, basements, skylights, planter boxes, and sheds, ensuring your repairs withstand the test of time and weather.
• ENGINEERED ADHESION & SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY: Adheres strongly to metal, concrete, wood, brick, and ceramics. For high-movement joints, vents, and protrusions, pair with Seam Tape or Geo-Textile to create a comprehensive, bulletproof waterproofing system. Used by millions of professionals and DIYers alike, delivering contractor-grade results on every project.
• IMPORTANT NOTE ON SURFACE USE: Designed for non-traffic applications. This sealant forms a tacky, ideal for roofs and foundations. Do not use on walking surfaces such as decks, patios, or pathways.
