- HOW TO USE: Place soft jewelry wire, such as copper, sterling silver, or gold-filled wire, at the appropriate position between the jaws. Hold the pliers firmly with one hand and use the other hand to slowly bend or wrap the wire around the selected 3–10 mm mandrel. Wrap the wire once to form a loop, bend both ends in opposite directions to create an S-hook, or wrap it several times into a coil and cut along the coil with a separate wire cutter to make multiple jump rings in different sizes. Release the handles and remove the finished piece after shaping.
