Product Description

The Neo-Pure 20 x 4.5 Clear Empty Refillable Water Filter Cartridge offers a reusable solution for customized water filtration needs. This innovative cartridge features durable construction with clear housing and Buna-N gaskets, allowing you to monitor media levels at a glance. With an approximate capacity of 0.16 cubic feet, you can fill it with various filtration media including calcite for pH adjustment, activated carbon for taste and odor improvement, softening resins, or mixed bed ion exchange resins. The cartridge comes equipped with built-in 20 micron polypropylene pre and post filters that prevent media from washing out while maintaining excellent flow rates. When your media is exhausted, simply empty the cartridge, discard the old media, and refill with fresh material—eliminating the need to replace the entire unit. This refillable design reduces plastic waste and offers long-term value. Model REC-4520C provides a practical alternative to disposable filters for those seeking customizable water treatment solutions.
