GNI 60Amp Portable Plasma Cutter/Stick Welder 2 IN 1, Non-Touch Pilot Arc

About this item

• 【Compact Portable Design】 Weight just 11LB, the portable plasma cutter can be easily lifted with one hand. Say goodbye to bulky traditional plasma cutters and effortlessly move between work areas like garages and gardens. Its compact body fits neatly into car trunks or tight spaces, saving room for instant access whenever needed. Supports automatic 120V/240V dual voltage recognition. Whether at home or on the go, it's plug-and-play—no need to worry about power source compatibility.
• 【Plasma Cuter / Stick Welder 2-IN-1】One machine meets both cutting and welding needs, eliminating the need for separate equipment purchases and saving costs and space. Plasma cutting mode adjustable current: 15-60A, effortlessly handling metal cutting tasks. Stick welding mode adjustable current: 15-140A, suitable for 1/16-1/8''(1.6-3.2mm) rods, and can weld thicknesses: 0.06-0.2''. Ideal for daily repairs, DIY projects, and metal fabrication. Versatile and flexible switching between functions.
• 【Powerful Cutting Performance】The plasma cutter machine achieves 2/5'' (10mm) clean cuts at 120V/35A and 1/2'' (12mm) clean cuts at 240V/60A, with maximum cutting thicknesses of 3/5'' (15mm) and 4/5'' (20mm) respectively. Effortlessly cuts stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, copper, and aluminum while optimizing grid metal cutting. No arc interruptions with clean, crisp edges. Perfect for automotive repair, metal fabrication, and DIY projects.
• 【Non-Touch Pilot Arc】The plasma cutter adopts high-frequency non-touch pilot arc, the torch can strike an arc instantly without touch the metal plate. This eliminates complex operations, allowing even beginners to master it quickly. The non-touch design effectively reduces electrode wear, extends consumable lifespan, and lowers operating costs. Equipped with IGBT inverter technology, it maintains a stable arc and smooth cutting performance even on coated, corroded, or uneven surfaces.
• 【Quick Installation, Ready to Cut】The plasma cutter comes pre-installed with an air filter and pressure regulator to effectively filter impurities, ensuring clean air and extending consumable lifespan. Equipped with a 1/4’’ NPT quick-connect air fitting, it connects to an air compressor (recommended pressure: 90 PSI, 2.1 CFM) without tools. The LED display shows real-time air pressure for precise adjustment, ensuring stable cutting and improved cut quality. Note: Compressor sold separately.
• 【2T/4T/PA/PT Function】The plasma cutter machine supports one-touch switching between 2T and 4T dual modes: 2T mode delivers rapid, flexible cutting; 4T mode supports effortless continuous operation. Both PA arc start and PT post-blow offer adjustable time ranges of 2-15s. Extending PA time facilitates cutting mesh metals, while shortening it reduces electrode wear. Recommended PT post-blow duration of 4-8s thoroughly cools the torch head, effectively extending consumable lifespan.
• 【LED Display and Safety Protection】 The large LED display shows real-time voltage, current, and air pressure data, allowing easy adjustments without removing the helmet. The plasma cutter's built-in fault code auto-diagnosis function quickly pinpoints issues, minimizing downtime. High-power fans boost heat dissipation efficiency by 50%, effectively extending equipment lifespan. Multiple protections against overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, and overheating ensure safer operation.
