About this item

• Training-Grade Heart Rate Monitoring — No Chest Strap Required: Designed for real-world use, HandPlus delivers training-grade heart rate monitoring without the need for a chest strap. Skip tight straps, conductive gels, and constant readjustments—so you can stay focused on your training with zero distractions
• Zone Accuracy Matters More Than Peak Numbers: Elite training is guided by heart rate zones, not isolated, momentary peak values/ peaks. HandPlus uses advanced optical sensing to deliver heart rate zone accuracy within 0.2% of chest strap monitors. Consistent zone tracking helps you train smarter, recover better, and stay consistent over time

• The Most Valuable Data Comes From What You Record Consistently: One-time pairing. All-day tracking. Up to 72 hours of offline data storage. No phone. No signal. No extra devices. HandPlus captures every session, everywhere — so your data stays intact with minimal interruption
• Training-Focused Metrics-No Noise, No Guesswork: HandPlus shows only what helps you make better training decisions: Heart rate zones, SpO₂, body temperature, and heart rate alerts with vibration feedback, all displayed in real time on the lock screen or Dynamic Island. Everything you need. Nothing you don’t
