Elevate Rope Beaded Jump Rope, 1 in Beads, 10 ft Adjustable, Segmented

About this item

• Thicker-Than-Standard Cord: the 1 in PVC beads ride on a 3.5mm polycord, thicker than the 3mm cord most beaded ropes use, so the beads hold their shape mid-air instead of collapsing into a limp arc.
• Hear and Feel Every Rotation: the beads catch air and click with an audible rhythm, so you always know exactly where the rope is. That feedback turns fumbling into timing faster than a bare cable ever could.
• Washer System Sizing: loosen the washers, trim the 10 ft cable to your height with scissors, and lock it back in. No metal parts and no extra tools, and it fits jumpers up to about 6 feet 5 inches.
• Built for beginners, footwork drills, and rhythm training: the segmented beads slow the learning curve down just enough to build coordination, while holding up to daily use on any indoor or outdoor surface.
• Comes with free access to the Elevate app, 100+ workouts and tutorials, a progress tracker, and a nutrition guide. Every rope carries a 90-day product guarantee and a lifetime warranty on the handles.
