About this item
- Gravity Self-Leveling Technology: Features a unique weighted, free-spinning mechanism that automatically finds a perfectly level plane on your coffee bed. It eliminates guesswork and manual adjustment, guaranteeing a flat surface for even water flow and extraction every time.
- Creates the Perfect Coffee Bed: The 4-blade stainless steel base gently levels and distributes coffee grounds with a simple spin, breaking up clumps and removing air pockets. This prepares an ideal, uniform bed for tamping, which is crucial for preventing channeling.
- Universal 58mm Fit: Designed with a 58.5mm diameter to fit all standard 58mm bottomless (naked) portafilters seamlessly. It sits perfectly on the basket rim without friction, ensuring smooth operation and consistent results.
- Durable & Premium Construction: Made from high-quality anodized aluminum and food-grade stainless steel. The one-piece, weighted design feels substantial in hand, is built to last, and is effortless to clean with just a quick wipe.
- Simplifies Professional Workflow: Achieve barista-level puck prep in seconds. This tool is designed to be used beforetamping as part of a professional routine, streamlining your process and dramatically improving the consistency and taste of your espresso shots.
