Gently buff the powder onto the cured top coat in a circular motion until a smooth chrome finish appears. 3.Remove excess powder with a dust brush. 4.Seal with top coat—apply a thin layer of top coat, cure for 60s. (Do not brush back and forth to avoid scratching the mirror effect.)
