About this item

• STOP THE STICK: Say goodbye to high-hydration dough heartbreaks. Our food-grade silicone surface ensures a seamless release every time, dust lighlty with rice flour and avoid a messy cleanup.
• SPACE-SAVING DESIGN: Perfect for the organized kitchen, this collapsible banneton folds down to just 1.5 inches. Easily tuck it into a drawer or cabinet, reclaiming 70% of the space taken by traditional rattan baskets.
• ULTIMATE HYGIENE: Unlike porous rattan that can trap moisture, our non-porous silicone is 100% dishwasher safe. Maintain a pristine baking environment with a basket that’s easy to deep-clean after every loaf.
• CONVENIENT 2-PACK: Prepare and bake 2 beautiful round loaves at a time with this matching pair of bannetons. Great for the busy baker to keep a steady supply of sourdough!
• PRO-LEVEL TEXTURE: Designed with internal ridges to mimic the classic spiral pattern of traditional baskets, giving your crust that professional, "bakery-style" look without the maintenance of wood pulp.
