QFX Retro Portable Transistor Pocket AM FM Radio, RETRO-1958, Black

About this item

• RETRO LOOKS, REAL RADIO - The RETRO-1958 brings back the iconic 1950s transistor pocket radio — complete with an analog tuning dial, gold-accented grille, and a look no generic black rectangle can match. Available in sleek Black or rich Wood finish, this is the radio that actually looks like one. Built-in high-fidelity speaker delivers clear AM/FM audio right out of the box.
• THE GIFT THEY'LL ACTUALLY USE - Dads, grandparents, and anyone who grew up with transistor radios will recognize this immediately. At just 0.20 lbs and 4.5 inches tall, it slips into a shirt pocket or bag without a second thought. Simple enough for any age — no apps, no Bluetooth pairing, no learning curve. Just put in batteries and turn the dial.
• ANALOG TUNING THE WAY IT SHOULD FEEL - Spin the thumbwheel to find your station with the hands-on, satisfying feel of a true analog radio. One button switches between AM (530–1750kHz) and FM (87–108MHz). Extend the telescoping antenna for stronger FM reception. No menus, no setup, no Wi-Fi required — just you and the stations.
• ALWAYS READY, NO CHARGING NEEDED - Runs on 2 AAA batteries (not included) so there's no charging schedule, no dead battery surprises, and no power outlet required. Ready when you are — whether you're in the workshop, on the campsite, doing yard work, or keeping a radio in your emergency kit. Plug headphones into the 3.5mm jack for private listening anytime.
• TWO FINISHES, ONE CLASSIC RADIO - Choose Black for a clean, timeless look or Wood for extra vintage character that turns heads. A great gift for Father's Day, birthdays, or any occasion — and a reliable daily companion for anyone who wants real radio without the noise of screens and apps.
