Designed by a contractor with hands-on experience in thousands of real homes, the Sai Workshop Slim Corner Protector was created to solve a simple but common problem: exposed baseboard, cabinet, door-frame, and trim corners getting hit repeatedly by robot vacuums, luggage, strollers, carts, and everyday foot traffic. Unlike bulky generic corner covers, each protector measures 3.5 inches high with a slim 3/4-inch x 3/4-inch outside profile. The 3.5-inch height is designed for common U.S. baseboard applications, while the narrow low-profile shape helps protect exposed 90-degree corners without sticking out too far or interfering with nearby cabinets, doors, or trim. Each protector is 3D printed in the USA as a rigid hard-shell guard. It is not made from soft silicone or flexible rubber. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish and give each piece a clean, functional texture. For easier installation, customers may use the optional single-side mounting method. Peel the backing liner from only one inside adhesive face, press that side firmly onto a clean, smooth surface, and leave the liner on the unused side. Single-side mounting is suitable for light everyday bump protection. For maximum stability, remove both liners and attach both inside adhesive faces to the 90-degree corner.
