Prepare the cloning powder and room temperature water (powder to water ratio 1:5), and pour into a bucket. For example, 400g of cloning powder requires 2000ml of room temperature water. 2. Pour the cloning powder into the bucket all at once and stir quickly for 60 seconds. Stir evenly until there are no more granules. 3. Place your hand into the cloning powder liquid and keep it still for about 5 minutes (be careful not to touch the bottom of the bucket).
