• The ElitePRO S1100 (THX1100W3/U) is Honeywell Home's pro-install smart thermostat for homes and light commercial spaces, in white. It runs up to 4 heat / 2 cool on a heat pump, or 3 heat / 3 cool on a conventional system.
• A 5-inch color touchscreen you can restyle to match the room, set in a slim housing about 5-1/4 in wide and under an inch deep. It's hardwired on 24 VAC.
• It monitors indoor air quality, reading humidity, VOCs, and estimated CO2, and drives up to 2 IAQ devices (a humidifier, dehumidifier, or ventilator) through configurable outputs.
• Built-in occupancy detection eases the setpoint when the space is empty. RedLINK 3.0 pairs it wirelessly with remote room sensors, an outdoor sensor, or an equipment interface module (sold separately). It connects over dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Matter, and works with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Home through the First Alert app. A C-wire is required; if you don't have one, add the THP9045A2098/U adapter.

The Honeywell Home ElitePRO S1100 is a professional-grade smart thermostat for whole-home comfort and indoor air quality, sold here in white under part number THX1100W3/U. It installs on the wall in place of an existing thermostat and runs heating, cooling, fan, and air quality from one 5-inch touchscreen you can recolor to suit the room. It fits most residential and light commercial systems: up to 4 stages of heat and 2 of cool on a heat pump, or 3 heat and 3 cool on a conventional system. That covers gas, oil, and electric warm air, hydronic, dual fuel, fan coil, PTAC, and radiant floor systems. The thermostat is hardwired on 24 VAC and needs a C-wire for steady power. Beyond temperature, the S1100 watches air quality: it reads indoor humidity, VOCs, and estimated CO2, and drives up to 2 IAQ accessories (a humidifier, dehumidifier, or ventilator) from configurable outputs. Built-in occupancy detection eases the setpoint when no one is there.
