• The ElitePRO S1200 (YTHX1200B6/U) is Honeywell Home's top-tier pro-install smart thermostat, in black, packaged with one wireless room sensor (C7189R3010). It runs up to 4 heat / 2 cool on a heat pump or 3 heat / 3 cool conventional, for homes and light commercial spaces.
• A 5-inch color touchscreen you can restyle to match the room, in a slim housing about 5-1/4 in wide and under an inch deep. It's hardwired on 24 VAC and needs a C-wire.
• The included RedLINK 3.0 room sensor reads temperature, humidity, and motion, so you can prioritize the room that matters and ease back when it's empty. Add up to 20 sensors per thermostat.
• Streams live video from First Alert and Ring doorbells right on the screen, so you see and talk to whoever's at the door. Onboard sensors track indoor humidity, VOCs, and estimated CO2, plus radar occupancy. Doorbells and some IAQ accessories are sold separately.
• ENERGY STAR certified and rebate-eligible. Runs on 24 VAC and controls up to 2 IAQ devices (humidifier, dehumidifier, or ventilator). Mounts on the wall or a 2x4 box with the included UWP plate and black cover plate (THP2400BL).

The Honeywell Home ElitePRO S1200 is the line's top pro-grade smart thermostat, sold here in black under part number YTHX1200B6/U. This kit packs the thermostat plus one wireless room sensor (C7189R3010). It replaces an existing thermostat on the wall and runs heating, cooling, fan, and indoor air quality from one 5-inch touchscreen you can recolor to suit the room. It fits most residential and light commercial systems: up to 4 stages of heat and 2 of cool on a heat pump, or 3 heat / 3 cool conventional. That covers dual fuel, gas, oil, and electric warm air, hydronic, 2- and 4-pipe fan coil, PTAC, and radiant floor. The thermostat is hardwired on 24 VAC and needs a C-wire; if you don't have one, add the THP9045A C-wire adapter (sold separately). What sets the S1200 apart is the air-quality and doorbell side. It reads indoor humidity, VOCs, and estimated CO2, senses occupancy with onboard radar, and streams video from First Alert and Ring doorbells so you can see and speak to visitors from the wall. RedLINK 3.0 links remote room and outdoor sensors, and you manage it from the First Alert app over dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Matter, with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Home.
