• PROFESSIONAL PEARLISING AGENT – EGMS (Glycol Stearate) is the standard ingredient for creating the pearlescent, lustrous appearance in commercial shampoos, conditioners, body washes and facial cleansers.
• OPACIFIER & CONSISTENCY BUILDER – Adds opacity and viscosity to surfactant-based systems. Contributes the characteristic silky, smooth texture commonly associated with salon-quality shampoos.
• EASY-TO-USE WHITE FLAKES – Simply melt EGMS at 65–70°C and incorporate into your heated surfactant base. Creates a stable, uniform pearlescent effect that remains consistent throughout the product's shelf life.
• USE LEVEL 1–3% – Add to surfactant base above 65°C. Stir until melted, then cool to room temperature while stirring gently. Compatible with all standard surfactant systems (SLES, CAPB, SLS).
• COSMETIC-GRADE QUALITY – White to off-white waxy flakes. Vegetable-derived. Batch-tested. Stable in both acidic and alkaline systems. For external use only.
