Every leader begins in the dark before the dawn. Before the strategy, the platform, or the plan, there is a quieter question that shapes everything that follows, the question of who you are to God.It Is a New Day is a 365-day devotional written for the emerging Christian leader who has heard a call and wondered whether the morning would come. Across one year and three seasons, it walks with you from being Called, into Clarity, into Commission. The Called season settles who you are, known, chosen, named, and loved by God before you were formed. The Clear season turns to what you are to do, learning to hear the Shepherd's voice, renew your mind, and see the vision God has placed in you. The Commissioned season sends you out, filled for the work and kept faithful to the end, until the path grows brighter unto the perfect day. Each morning holds the same rhythm. A verse of Scripture from the King James Version. A short reflection that puts identity before strategy. A Declaration to speak over yourself. One Step Today to turn truth into action. A line worth sharing with someone else. And a Prayer to begin the day before God.Identity often comes before strategy, and the light tends to grow more and more unto the perfect day. Wherever this book meets you, it begins where you are. Rise into it. It is a new day.For the Kingdom. Read more
