About this item
- Overhead EV Cable Management for Home Garages: Keep your EV charging cable off the floor with this EV charger retractable cord reel. Designed for daily Level-2 charging in 1- and 2-car garages, it routes the cord overhead instead of across the ground to reduce trip hazards, wheel run-overs, and grime
- 6.6 ft Reach for Flexible Charging Positions: The retractable tether provides up to about 6.6 ft of extension, so you can mount the reel near your wall-mounted EV charger or between parking spots to reach different vehicle charge ports. Organize EV charging in compact garages without dragging cables across the floor
- One-Hand Pull Operation with Soft Rewind: The built-in counterbalance (approx. 6003000 g/1.3-6.6lb) lets you pull the cable down with one hand and keeps tension on the line so the cord stays suspended in mid-air. A damped rewind mechanism helps the EV cable retract smoothly instead of snapping back, for safer, quieter daily use
- Child & Pet Friendly, Cleaner Garage: By holding the EV cable overhead instead of lying in puddles and dust, this ceiling- or wall-mount EV charger cord organizer helps make your garage neater and more family-friendly. Kids, pets, and strollers can pass underneath without stepping over a heavy cable on the floor
- Fits Most Home EV Charging Cables, Easy to Install: Compatible with Tesla NACS and most J1772 EV charging cables in typical 920 mm diameters, this lightweight cable retractor mounts to ceiling joists or wall studs with basic tools. Use it as an EV charger cable management solution for home garages, small shops, or workplace parking areas. For cable management only-do not suspend the EVSE body directly
