The product offers two support modes. Attach the complete bamboo-reinforced support pad to the hammock base with the hook-and-loop fasteners for a flatter, more structured resting surface. For a softer and more flexible hammock feel, detach the complete support pad and use the cushioned base on its own. The natural bamboo insert is permanently enclosed inside the support pad and cannot be removed separately. The layered construction also includes memory foam, breathable three-dimensional mesh and durable Oxford fabric. The adjustable hanging strap measures approximately 17.7 to 27.6 inches and should be installed only on a secure, compatible support point.
