Lens Guards for Insta360 X6, 10H Optical Glass, Twist-Lock, 2-Pack

Product Description

Q1: Will the lens guards affect image quality or light transmission?A: Not at all. These lens guards are made from 10H hardness optical tempered glass with an advanced AR (anti-reflective) coating, delivering over 98% light transmittance. The multi-layer coatings (anti-fog, water-repellent, and oil-resistant) ensure your footage stays vivid, sharp, and true-to-life. The high-transparency glass maintains clear, detailed image quality without compromising the X6's renowned sharpness, dynamic range, or low-light performance.Q2: How do I install and remove the lens protectors?A: Installation and removal are quick and tool-free with the twist-lock mechanism. Simply align the notch of each lens guard with the camera's microphone, then twist to lock into place. The secure locking ring keeps the guards firmly attached during intense action, yet allows you to detach them instantly for cleaning or switching accessories.Q3: Does the camera automatically detect when the lens protectors are installed?A: Yes. Once the lens guards are installed, the Insta 360 X6 camera automatically recognizes them and adjusts the image processing algorithms accordingly. This ensures accurate color reproduction and optimal dynamic range without requiring any manual mode switching. A status icon will appear on the camera's display to confirm the guards have been detected.Q4: Are the lens protectors waterproof and durable enough for outdoor use?A: Yes. The hydrophobic coating achieves a 115° contact angle, instantly repelling water droplets without leaving residue. The anti-fog layer ensures clear views even in cold weather, rain, or high humidity. Additionally, these guards are dustproof, impact-resistant, heat-resistant, and deformation-proof. However, please note that the guards themselves are not fully waterproof – if they get wet, dry each lens thoroughly with a soft cloth to avoid fogging
