About this item
- Clearer Rainy Day Image: The curved backup camera cover helps redirect rainwater away from the lens, reducing droplet buildup that may blur the displayed image. It supports a clearer rear view during wet weather without blocking the camera opening when properly fitted
- Rain And Sun Protection: The extended camera rain hood shields the lens from falling water and direct sunlight, helping reduce weather-related interference and glare. It protects the exposed lens area but does not make the camera housing or electrical system waterproof
- Flexible PVC Construction: Made from lightweight, flexible PVC, this rear view camera rain shield bends around compatible housings without adding bulky hardware. The black and gray carbon fiber texture creates a clean automotive appearance that coordinates with many vehicles
- Check Camera Fit First: The shield measures approximately 1.50 inches wide with a 1.02-inch inner opening and 0.55-inch projection. Measure the lens housing and surrounding installation space before ordering because camera shapes and vehicle clearances vary
- Peel And Stick Setup: Clean and dry the mounting surface, confirm the shield position, remove the adhesive backing, and press firmly around the camera. No drilling or tools are required. Allow the adhesive to bond before exposing the installed cover to rain or washing
- Multiple Camera Positions: The universal-style arc shape can fit many compatible backup, reversing, side-view, or front camera housings. It may be installed above or around the lens depending on available clearance. Confirm that the shield does not enter the camera’s field of view
- Two Pack Sizes: Choose a 5-piece or 10-piece set for replacing worn shields or covering multiple compatible cameras. Each package contains adhesive-backed PVC camera hoods only. Cameras, monitors, tools, cleaning supplies, and other vehicle accessories are not included
