Applications: Designed primarily for machining non-ferrous metals and other softer materials, including brass, aluminum, plastics, and wood. Not recommended for machining steel.
Material and Hardness: High-speed steel (HSS) construction, heat-treated to approximately HRC 60.
Set Includes: External grooving tool, 60° external and internal threading tools, boring tool, and 60° and 80° right- and left-hand lathe tools.
Pre-Ground Profiles: Prepared for common lathe operations, including turning, facing, threading, grooving, and boring.
Size and Storage: 1/4 in shank tools supplied in a fitted aluminum case.
