ALL WEATHER PRO CORNHOLE BOARDS! These all weather professional style cornhole boards are waterproof so you do not have to worry about the weather and those short periods of rainfall. Water will not damage these boards so you can leave them outside longer with peace of mind.
3/4 INCH HIGH DENSITY PVC! The cornhole board tops and frames are both made with 3/4 inch high density PVC material. Our new design has double braces on the frame to prevent bowing! The tops and hole have rounded edges. The legs are connected via 1/4 inch carriage bolts with washers and wing nuts. Each board weighs approximately 30 pounds.
UV DIRECT PRINTED! Our cornhole board tops are UV Direct Printed ensuring a permanent high quality print that will never peal off nor disrupt your playing surface. They have at least 5 layers of a proprietary UV coating and ink which minimizes bag kicking/deflection and helps prevent the boards from becoming sticky during humid weather conditions.
MUST READ INFO! Over time, the white non-printed sections of the PVC can accumulate dirt or slight scuff marks. These can easily be removed by lightly sanding those areas with 600 grit sanding paper. DO NOT STAND ON THE BOARDS! PVC material is more flexible than plywood. Applying too much weight to the board can possibly deform the surface of the board. Proper use and care will help ensure excellent playing condition for several years.
Product Description
Customize your game with the ACE PRO All-Weather Cornhole Boards. These professional tournament-style boards allow you to add your own logo for a personalized touch—just upload your logo, place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest. Each board is direct UV printed with at least five layers of UV ink and finished with a durable UV clear coat. This is the same print technology used for long-lasting outdoor signage and the same UV clear coat finish trusted on professional cornhole boards, ensuring vibrant colors and exceptional durability. Engineered for outdoor performance, these boards are made from 3/4 inch high-density PVC, making them 100% waterproof and resistant to warping, swelling, or rain damage. You can leave them outside with peace of mind, even during unexpected weather. The tops and frames are constructed entirely from this durable PVC and include double braces to prevent bowing. Each board features rounded edges around the hole and playing surface for a smooth, professional feel. The legs are secured with 1/4 inch carriage bolts, washers, and wing nuts, and the wide leg design helps minimize shifting during gameplay. Each board weighs approximately 30 pounds, adding to their solid, stable feel. Your purchase includes two custom ACE PRO All-Weather Cornhole Boards and support from our USA-based customer service team. We stand behind the quality of our products and are here to assist you every step of the way. Please note: Over time, the white non-printed areas of the PVC surface may collect dirt or show minor scuffs. These can be cleaned by gently sanding with 600 grit sandpaper. Do not stand on the boards—PVC is more flexible than wood and may deform under excessive weight. With proper use and care, these boards will maintain excellent playing condition for years to come.
