Thread and sealing configuration: Both hose ends feature G1 BSPP female swivel fittings with convex spherical seats. The two supplied adapters connect through matching G1 BSPP male concave spherical seats and provide 1" NPT male threads for installation on compatible machines. Before ordering, verify your machine’s thread size and sealing method.
Spec-first: 1" NPT x 20" stainless-steel metal air line and compressor jumper hose for connecting a compressor outlet to an air tank, hard line, air dryer, FRL, regulator, or manifold.
Corrugated stainless core: Annular full-wave construction helps reduce vibration and accommodate thermal movement and minor misalignment while supporting steady airflow for compatible 1" compressor discharge and head-pipe applications.
Built for shop environments: Braided protective sleeve helps resist abrasion, dragging, and frame rub; extended crimp ferrules help distribute end stress. Leak-tested stainless-steel construction is rated for 870 PSI working pressure.
What’s included: 1 x 1" x 20" stainless-steel braided jumper hose with two G1 BSPP female swivel fittings, 2 x matching G1 BSPP-to-1" NPT male adapters, and 1 x PTFE thread-seal tape roll. Apply the tape only to the NPT threads, wrapping 2–3 turns before tightening.
