Product Description

Upgrade the built-in grinder on your Breville or Sage Barista espresso machine to a true single-dose workflow. Weigh only the beans you need for each brew, grind them fresh, and use the silicone bellows to help purge retained grounds from the grinder. This helps reduce stale coffee left behind between doses and makes it easier to switch between different beans or brewing methods without old grounds carrying over into the next grind. The hopper is machined from solid aluminum for a durable, premium upgrade to the stock hopper. An integrated anti-popcorn baffle helps keep beans feeding toward the burrs instead of bouncing around as the dose gets low, helping you grind through the final beans more smoothly. The durable food-grade silicone bellows are designed for high airflow to help purge retained coffee after grinding. The bellows also double as a convenient dosing cup, so you can weigh your beans directly in the bellows and pour them into the hopper. A precision O-ring in the hopper and an included outer burr seal help direct airflow through the grinder for more effective purging and minimal retention. The included lock ring makes installation simple and securely engages the grinder safety mechanism. The hopper comfortably holds up to 60 grams of coffee, providing plenty of capacity for espresso, filter coffee, and larger doses. Without the bellows installed, the hopper sits approximately 1.75 inches (45 mm) lower than the stock hopper, making it especially useful for machines located under low cabinets.Compatible with Breville/Sage Barista Express, Barista Pro, Barista Touch, Barista Express Impress, and Barista Touch Impress. Includes aluminum hopper with integrated anti-popcorn baffle, silicone bellows, lock ring, and outer burr seal. Espresso machine not included.
